David W. Nicastro, CPP, CFE, President
David founded Secure Source in 1994 following a distinguished career that took him from U.S. Marine Security Guard to being a member of the United States Secret Service stationed at the White House, and ultimately into the highest echelons of corporate America. David is a Certified Protection Professional and a Life Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. David has also served as Chairman of the Energy Committee for the American Society of Industrial Security and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Petroleum Industry Security Council. David currently serves as the Executive Director of U.S. Congressman Michael Burgess’ Homeland Security Advisory Council. Today, David is recognized throughout the security industry for his expertise in business risk management and security consulting.
George Attila Gulyas, Vice President - Washington
As Vice President of the Washington office, George is primarily responsible for managing Secure Source’s international operations. George’s career began in 1977 when he accepted an appointment with HAK Consulting to become a Special Assistant for Security to former U.S. Secretary of State, Dr. Henry Kissinger. In that capacity, George provided executive protection and advanced security arrangements for Dr. Kissinger’s foreign and domestic travels. George’s work as an executive protection specialist continued at MVM, Inc., a global security firm founded by former members of the U.S. Secret Service. While there, George supervised the security details for numerous high-profile individuals. Later, as a Special Agent of the Federal Reserve Board, George was assigned to the protection detail of Chairman Alan Greenspan.
A. Locke Neely, Vice President & Special Counsel
Mr. Neely joined Global Options, Inc. in October, 2007 and brings a unique set of skills to the Security Consulting and Investigations branch of the company.
After serving as a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service, Mr. Neely completed his legal education and began the practice of law with a large, Dallas-based, regional law firm. Subsequently, he held a number of corporate legal counsel and general counsel positions with national and multinational corporations, where a significant portion of his practice focused on domestic and international labor and employment law, investigative and security matters, and transactional matters. Mr. Neely’s training and experience in security and criminal investigations with the U.S. Secret Service, combined with his legal training and 20 plus years in the practice of law, allow him to bring a unique expertise to any investigative or security matter encountered by our clients. He has the experience and knowledge to provide practical solutions to situations that take into account business and budget concerns, as well as legal and publicity ramifications. Mr. Neely’s expertise enables him to conduct investigations in a manner that often reduces the risk of litigation or further government agency action. Also, retention of Mr. Neely to conduct the investigation avoids disqualification of the client's counsel that may result from their investigation of the matter. Additionally, Mr. Neely enjoys an excellent working relationship with numerous government agencies such as the F.B.I., the U.S. Secret Service, and the U. S. Attorney’s Office.
Additionally, Mr. Neely has counseled and served clients in all aspects of security ranging from premises and asset security to executive protection programs.
Rose Farley, Vice President - Investigations
A former investigative reporter, Rose knows how to execute every stage of the investigative process, from corralling vital documents and interviewing key sources to analyzing information with an uncompromising commitment to accuracy. During her 10-year journalism career, Rose earned numerous awards for investigative reporting and writing. They include awards from the Dallas Press Club, the Houston Press Club, the State Bar of Texas, and the Minnesota Press Club. Prior to joining Secure Source, Rose worked as an independent contractor for several private security and investigation firms. Rose is licensed as a private investigator by the Texas Commission on Private Security. Rose is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Rights, a fully self-designed degree.
